McCarthy Tire

Review: They dropped my van off of the lift in their garage, on or around January 18. They have not offered to have it fixed until I threatened lawsuit. Now it has just turned into a mess. I know they're not submitting an insurance claim, because if they were, a rental car wouldn't be an issue.They think that because I'm a "poor carpenter", I'm just going to go away.Well, here we go again. I was 2 seconds from handing the county clerk the paper work to file my suit against McCarthy. I get a phone call. "[redacted], We'll take care of this, just put the van in the shop and we'll pay for the rental vehicle." I say OK. O go down to the garage and show the manager, the papers, I wasn't bluffing.They say the're paying for the rental. I call the rental place, they say no, I'm paying it and McCarthy will reimburse me. Well after all this, NO, that aint happening.I call the manager, he calls his guy, and now this is where I'm at. I don't have the money on any of my cards to cover it. I was willing to play the game, but they can't (or won't do that). I'm just fed up. I called "The guy" and said ,"look, just give me $xx,xxx.xx and we're done. I'm tired of it.I posted comment on their Facebook page, and they've blocked me. I've even offered to settle for a payout. They don't want to play. Please, somebody help meDesired Settlement: Just pay me what the body shop's had in cost + the rental car estimate, or pay for everything. I should not have to pay for anything out of pocket. They keep saying that it's been turned into their insurance. But I know better.
