I called McCarthy Services to do a pre-winter tuneup. Steve was patient and very helpful explaining anything I had a question about. He made helpful recommendations to keep our system running in top form.

Fabian L was very professional and honest on this service call. I would definitely use McCarthy Services again for any plumbing needs.

Jeremy and Matt did a great job installing our new HVAC system

I scheduled a service call by McCarthy plumbing to fix a leaking shower faucet. The technician, Eric arrived on time. He was very knowledgable and was able to take care of the problem. Eric was very friendly and police. He waived the service call charge of $35 but charged a hefty sum of $450 to fix the leak. The charge was excessive in my opinion but Eric does not set the fees. My experience was positive as far as the knowledge of the service technician was concerned.

McCarthy representative, Timothy T[redacted]r, did my winter check on my approximately 10+year old furnace. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. As usual the service cost me a little more out of pocket, but Tim demonstrated that the furnace was working more efficiently, and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. As a result, I was truly happy with the results being a nice warm home. I received excellent service from Timothy T[redacted]r. I can truly say that the quality of service I have received from McCarthy over the years has been consistent.

I had a great experience with our air conditioning installation with McCarthy Services. The 2 techs that installed the outdoor unit (Tim and Ryan) were very professional and did a great job managing the removal and replacement of the unit- they removed and installed the units and kept our fenced in area all intact! They were conscientious of the work area and very polite. The techs that replaced the indoor coil (Christian and Chris) were equally professional and very knowledgeable. Appreciated the whole McCarthy team providing high quality service and competitive pricing.

Steve came out timely. He was courteous. He used shoe covers when walking through my home. He diagnosed my issue and provided me the estimate of what it would cost to repair my AC unit. He allowed me time to consider my options and make an educated decision. Once I approved the work, he started right away. He unfortunately had to report that once he started on the changes he recognized some additional concerning issues that would exceed the original estimate. He provided me with options and allowed me sometime to consider my next move. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. In the end he made a temporary fix and made arrangements for me to meet with a sales person to discuss installing a new AC and Furnace in my home as the repair cost and age of my unit was not cost effective.
Later that day I met with Bobby who walked me through my options for new units and the costs for each. He was also very courteous and accomodating. He allowed me additional time to review and get more estimates. He told me to email or call him once I had a decision. In which a couple of hours later I had decided to go forward with new units. He called me back and pushed through the order and scheduled the install. Which will happen later this week.
Overall my experience was very positive and I would recommend McCarthy to friends and family.

Service Technicians have always been polite, knowledgeable, fast, and take the time to thoroughly explain all issues.

Excellent service today with technician who Nguyen Cong who seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. I am confident that he accurately assessed the problem with my A/C and got it up and running on a Friday afternoon so that we would not need to go without for the weekend.

Anteneh was excellent and answered all questions during Inspection of Furnace. Great service.

Randall saved us today!!! He came out to perform a routine plumbing inspection, and found a substantial water leak in a copper pipe in our storage room. He immediately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it. He also changed a bathroom faucet that had a slow drip. it was so lucky that he came out today and that he was able to diligently and professionally fix the problems before they became disasters. We are extremely grateful for his thoroughness, his patience, and the care he took while working in our home. Thank you Randall, and congratulations to McCarthy Services for having such a genuinely nice and super professional on their team.

Had my bi annual service call with Mekonnen today. He called prior to arrving and arrived with in the set time window for the appointment. He was very profiession and copmleted the inspection of our heating systems in a timely manner. McCarthy Services is a great complany. I learned of them from a friend a few years ago and would highly recommend them for any type of heating, AC or plumbing issue you might have. Everyone I have come in contact with has been pleasant and professional.
