closing this case: January 13, 2017 Dear [redacted], We have reviewed your recent complaint regarding a hotel booking transaction.  Aspire Lifestyles customer service group has reviewed this matter and confirmed that you have been provided with a full refund for the duplicative charge.  While we regret that you experienced this issue, we would like to note that Aspire Lifestyles worked diligently with you and the Credit Card issuer to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.  In order to address your concerns regarding the pace of the complaint resolution process, Aspire Lifestyles Service Delivery Team has further reviewed our complaint resolution protocol to ensure that such complaints are handled in an expedited and efficient manner.
