Review: I had my car at McCalls Motors to get looked at for a leak. The garage had my car for a period of 24 hours. They insisted that they had hooked it up to computers and all of the measurements read accurately, they stated the technician even cleaned my car to check to see where the leak was coming from and still he couldn't identify any leak. It is beyond obvious that my car has a leak, no matter where you park my car you will see visible drips on the ground, I mentioned to the supervisor that I had added both powering steering fluid and antifreeze to please explain to me why both fluids were low if nothing was leaking. He stated that with a high mileage car it was oil yet my engine oil has never been low nor did the fluid leaking appear to be oil. He didn't have an answer for this. When I stated I wasn't happy with their findings that I wanted the tech to relook he stated that it was looked over for over a hour and nothing was found. So I made an appointment at another garage, low and behold it was found that McCalls 1. Never cleaned my car like the tech stated 2. There is a leak coming from my transmission so had they cleaned the car and visually inspected the car they would have seen where the leak was coming from. As a result of this I am now in a rented car, my car is in their garage waiting for the parts to come in and out even more money.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back that I paid for their services they didn't provide and lied about.
