McCaffree Logging

Review: They said they would fix a private rd after they logged it and they diddnt,and they left it destroyed,and didn't fix it,now it is unable to be driven in the rain due to the mud that has slided down on to it from there logging deck,and the rest of the rd has been churned up so bad from heavy equipment and logging trucks it is impossible too get out of in the rain without 4 wdrive and even then it is very dangerousDesired Settlement: Fix the rd put gravel down to replace the gravel covered up by months of logging

As we immediately informed Mr. [redacted], as per out logging contract and agreement with the landowner; the landowner is responsible to fix the roads after logging was completed. We have spoken to the landowner and he is borrowing the neighbors tractor to mitigate the situation. We feel this should be removed as we have upheld our responsibility per contract and CDF rules and regulations.
