estimate that topsoil or final grading would be done at the completion of the job. On our estimate there is a cost of $550 for 3.5 hrs of excavating. We did exceed that time and cost in preparing the area to be ready for new concrete for the first project. However we did not charge any additional excavating cost to the homeowner on the invoice. Our schedule was very busy this year and we did the best to get [redacted]ob. Once we did start the first phase their were certain issues that occurred during that time with him that raised a concern for us. We finished that phase and then decided not to proceed with the other phase. We do not like to do this but there were too many red flags for us to continue working for him. If you have any other questions please let us know. Thank you. [redacted]
