estimate that topsoil or final grading would be done at the completion of the job. On our estimate there is a cost of $550 for 3.5 hrs of excavating. We did exceed that time and cost in preparing the area to be ready for new concrete for the first project. However we did not charge any additional excavating cost to the homeowner on the invoice. Our schedule was very busy this year and we did the best to get [redacted]ob.
