PCP Motorsports has reviewed Mr [redacted]’s complaint and found it to be incorrect. I understand That Mr [redacted] was very emotional and somewhat distraught when he filed this Revdex.com complaint, That being said Mr [redacted] should of taken the time to get his facts straight.Mr [redacted]  has a 2015...

[redacted] R1 street bike, he purchased the vehicle April 22 2016 since then the vehicle has returned to the shop for routine maintence and crash repair. Per our service work order records the bike has been to our shop twelve times.Work that was completed to the vehicle was five crash repairs, all at different times throughout his ownership of the vehicle, and seven routine maintence appointments. At no point did Mr [redacted] at any of his twelve appointments with our service department voice concerns to the service writer about any of his difficulties he was having with his vehicle. At a motor vehicle service department the customer must relay all the problems he is having with the vehicle to the service writer so he can write it down on the R/O as  customer states the issues, The technicians will only perform the work that is written on the R/O. Mr [redacted]  signed every one of the twelve repair orders before we started any work on the vehicle and after reviewing all paperwork there was not one time that he stated any concerns he had about the vehicle to our service writers. If PCP Motorsports was aware of these issues then we would have addressed them without a problem.  Regards PCP Motorsports
