Per our conversation this morning, I am following up on the above referenced complaint.  McBride Roofing & Restoration has completed their repair on our roof and roof vents and have fixed the inside kitchen ceiling where the leaking roof damaged the sheetrock.

was not relayed to you correctly. Roof leaks can be hard to pin point at times. There is some trial and error with it. We tried patching the roof around the leak locations a couple times, and now we are replacing the vents. We are honoring our roof warranty with you and will continue to do so.
