Scott is polite, prompt, and reliable. I've been ripped off many times by electrical contractors in the DM area and was searching for somebody from a smaller town in my area. Another contractor referred me to him and I'll definitely keep his card on my refrigerator. My only fear is that he'll get so busy that I'll have a hard time getting him scheduled to work on my property. Overall he scores a 10 based on my experience.
