As I stated before, we never knew he lived in Arizona and we never called or sent any letters to Arizona. The bill is a legitimate bill but we went ahead and put in for it to be deleted from Trans Union and Equifax, we don't use Experian so it is not on that one. I have no control how long it takes the credit bureaus to update.

We received the account on 1/16/and sent a first letter with the validation clause on 1/17/We called the same phone number that she has listed here on 2/2/but got no answer, she called back and hung up on us when she found out who we wereWe sent her another letter on 2/25/stating this
would be reported to the credit bureau but got no responseWe didn't report it on her credit until 4/4/On 3/15/we received a certified letter stating she wanted a copy of the bill which we sent her and also marked it as disputed so that when we sent it to the credit bureaus on 4/4/it would show as disputedThat is all the communication we have hadWe have done nothing wrong and she legitimately owes the balance so we are leaving it on her credit as disputedShe has not given us any reason as to why she is disputing the balanceShe received medical care and didn't pay for it( This is the exact response I gave the CFPB back on 4/20/and they closed it out so now she is filing the same exact complaint with the Revdex.com ) I attached a copy of the paperwork from our client and we did not purchase the debt

First off MCA never contacted me by phoneSecondly the only reason CFPB closed the complaint was because I didn't respond within days, but lets state facts with proofIm not saying that I don't owe the debt, but MCA cannot legally collect money from me nor report it on my credit reportMCA have not provided the original contract between myself and the original creditor with my signatureIf MCA cannot provide these documents, they have no right to collect or report on my creditAs I stated before MCA sent an initial letter stating I have days to respond, legally I had daysMCA did not give me proof of verification only the paper that has my address and insurance, which is NOT verification of debtIf the account is not removed I will be contacting the attorney general

*** *** called us yesterday yelling and cussing us out and telling us she is putting us out of business because we put something on her credit report that is not hers We researched the account and found out that the post office gave us a new address for *** *** so we
updated it There are *** ***'s that live in Fenton MOOnce we figured out that the post office gave us the wrong address for *** we changed the address back to what we had and put in for the account to be deleted from the credit bureau We run the credit bureau reports on the 1st and the 15th but I also went into EOscar and had it deleted manually from her report (I attached a draft copy here) We had the birthdate on the correct *** *** but the credit bureau still put it on the wrong person We don't have any control how the credit bureau reports these and there is no way for us to know if we have the wrong address on someone unless they tell us

I am rejecting this response because Equifax still has it on my credit report and I am not the person that was cussing them out as who on earth tells people that or sits on a phone to resolves issues with people cussing them outThese people need to have an investigation on there company and be as well as stop getting people info from other credit reportsIf the girl went to see a doctor then they should have the correct information in there systemThey are all rude in this companyThey shouldn't blame Equifax as it isnt there fault as companies are the ones that sit there and put it on the credit reports for none paymentsThey should have gotten the right info in the first place

This company is violating my rights per the HIPPA lawThe information that they have sent over is clearly a violation and this account needs to be removed from my credit reports immediately. Furthermore, this company does not have a license, bond, nor authority to collect in the state of Arizona as *** has stated in the email that I've attached to this complaint
