We have finally received the bumper so this case has been resolved. Don't know if it was resolved because he got tired of your calls/letters, or from me bothering him day and night. Still horrible service and took over a year to get the product....
Definitely needs to have a big red X to his company profile should any of his customers ever look at his Revdex.com rating before using him.
