Good afternoon. I have been contacted by a man named Erik, from...

a company called Tech. Heaven, who said they are affiliated with Mc Soft Solutions on 6-13-16. He stated that he wanted to give me my refund of $215.00. Mc Soft owes my household $515.00. I told him what was owed to me. He did not acknowledge the amount of $515.00. He said he needed to do the refund over the computer. I told him, no, I no longer have a computer and for him to mail it to me or credit me back to my prepaid visa card. He was resistant, interrupting and swore at me before hanging up. He called me the next day again X-XX-XX and said the same thing. I told him I would need to access a computer at the library. I went to the library. He contacted me at the library, via my cell phone. In order to give me my refund he needed my personal, (the libraries), administrator password [redacted] my computer so he could have full access to my computer because his computer system crashed. I told him that request is inappropriate and that he needs to credit the money back to my prepaid visa card or send me a check in the mail. I told him if he was unable to do so I would need to contact the Revdex.com, the police and small claims court. He then hung up on me in mid sentence, right after I said the Revdex.com. I will be contacting the small claims court soon as well the police. I wanted to inform you of what is going on. That company is also making dozens of calls to my house daily and hanging up. I would also like you to know, in secret from this company, that I do still have my computer in operational condition. After my dealing with this company I have had to change all my Id's, passwords, and usernames. I don't want to go through that again.
