MC Properties

I have been investing my self directed IRA funds with this company since 2011. Initially with great results. I do have $50,000.00 in promissory notes on real estate investments that have not been paid back. I first started requesting my funds returned in about 2014 and have not had any response from Marcus or Cara Painter regarding those assets be returned since about 2016 after several phone calls and email attempts to have them respond to me. I have also seen them a couple of times in person and requested my money be returned.

They spam cell phone numbers about buying real estate properties. Told them multiple times to stop contacting my number as I have no idea where they got my contact information or why it is associated with the properties they are interested in. Creepy way to solicit business. And annoying shotgun blast marketing to people's personal phone not associated with whatever they are trying to accomplish.
