To whom it may concern,We have owned this property for over years and the bricks around the pay station has been there since the station had been installed originally This customer first complained that the device in the carwash bay struck her vehicle, but is now stating that the damage
was due to them hitting our paying station and that is too close Not only that, the customer did not even inform us when this occurred The customer took her car first to a body shop, and then called us and demanded that we pay for the damages If the customer hits a permanent fixture on our property that has not caused issues for all other customers, it should not a liability on us In actualitybecause the customer has hit a permanent and stationary fixture on our property, we have the right to pursue her for cost of damages We hope that this addresses the complaint, but if there are any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me again at any time Thank you
