I am rejecting this response because: I read his original response and he was not truthful Since you guys contacted him with my complaint, He called me and told me that due to having to many cars on his lot he called and asked a favor to be done by his business friend that owns *** *** ***He stated that he had asked him as a favor if he could place my car there temporarily until he could clear out a space on his lot to fix it He said that I was not supposed to be contacted or bothered He said instead they made a mistake and sent me a tow bill Then of course I had to deal with it So I felt like I was forced sign my car over to "*** *** ***" They were going to charge me twelve hundred and some dollars I brought the money with me to pay the bill but when I saw how bad my car was threshed I just decided I had no other real option than to sign it over Even though I signed it over..the owner still charged me for the towing Since *** of Auto Tech was made aware of my complaint he has called me about 1-times He said he would have my car towed back to his lot so that he could fix it When I first talked to him he acted like the $would be reimbursed back to me So far he has not paid me He just keeps saying that the owner of the tow yard should pay me but of course the owner of the tow yard is saying its up to *** to pay me So far I still have not been reimbursed back and my car has not been fixed Plus I want my car to be cleaned..as they spilled motor oil on the floor that put a big oil stain about or so inches wide Plus he through a huge used transmission on my front seat with thick grease all over it I want my and my car fixed and all the grease and mess cleaned and the stuff cleared out of my car He did finally have my car towed over to his shop but nothing else has been done

Customer only had six month warranty which was expiredI offered to replace the transmission at half price but was unable to locate one.I contacted Mrs *** and advised her of the problem, at that time she informed me she would tow the car homeAfter one year I called and left her a message to
pick up her caror I would have it towed outMrs *** never responded the car was towed by City wide tow and a lien was put on car this is when she respondedCity wide tow informed me Mrs *** went down there and paid $for the tow and gave them the title for the car

Since our last conversation City Wide tow has returned [redacted]s car and she has agreed to pay $500.00 to install a used transmission.As far as her payment to City Wide Tow I have no idea what they will do. Prior to removing the car from us we left serveral messages which were not returned.At that time we were unable to find a replacement transmission, . The last time we spoke to Mrs Oliver she said she would tow the car home. The car sat here almost a yearbefore we called city wide tow to store it.
