Problems with builder honoring warranty on home. We have asked the builder on at least three occasions since December and have been told that they were coming by but they never show up even though they are building houses in our subdivision. Problems with drywall not sanded and smooth throughout the house and garage, nails popping out throughout the house and ceiling, doors not latching, toilets continually running and containing out dated kits, wood floors gaping, wood splitting in the garage and the garage door gaping, crown molding uneven and not seamlessly connecting, grout in ceramic tile needs grout; window seals not sealed.
