There was a misunderstanding on our part about which item the customer was referring to when trying to correct our menu board pricing.  A second attempt to correct the pricing was invalidated because of a keystroke error.  This error was corrected on or about 1/19/2014.

is our company goal to keep up with the ever changing pricing of every product at every store.  While this is done electronically, it is almost impossible to avoid human error in entering every single price at every store.  In spite of this we strive to correct errors as soon as they have been identified.  
We are proud McDonald's owner/operators and as such we strive to provide the greatest quality of product at the best price available.  We do however make mistakes, but there is no attempt to scam any customer or government agency.  We work diligently to insure that mistakes are properly handled as soon as they are discovered at every level in the company.
