Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/28) */ Regarding miss [redacted] claim I never knew that I was incompliance with any thing that aggivate her sole,first of all very first time I ever saw this lady was on 7/9/she needed her brakes repair I did look at the brakes on her jaguar and gave her a estimate for parts from the jaguar dealer she said it was to much for her budget , miss [redacted] said to me if I call and get parts for a cheaper price I also told her that her jaguar is not going to be the same with aftermarket parts , any way I could not convince her so I decided to call parts geek for the jaguar parts they did send parts for the jaguar but they were all wrong parts I believe the reason they send me the wrong parts is because first of all you never speak to no one when ordering parts to gave an id # for that particular vehicle so they that I call parts geek and ship all the parts back to them and they take a part the money $and issue the balance to Mc auto/ but in shiping all parts to partsgeek I paid a total of $and $ Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/08/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) According to Parts Geek thru Revdex.com, [redacted] only paid a total of $439.26 yet he charged me $475.31 + $40.00 =$515.31. I truly do not know why [redacted] would thing that being cheated out of my money me being elderly and disabled would not aggravate me; I am on a fixed income & I need ALL of my money refunded to me. I have agreed to accept the $475.31 returned to me, which is minus the $40.00 cash I gave him for the taxes which Parts Geek did not charge. I have gotten $0 funds returned to me. It appears that [redacted] was dishonest about how much he paid to Parts Geek; I never saw the invoice or the parts.

I want my $475.31 refunded to me immediately-it has been too long already.
