We tried to work out a solution with the consumer, and provide him with a loaner car, but he is asking for a Mercedes, Audi, or BMW, which is something I do can not provideI have a warranty on my work, that I am more than happy to satisfy, but he is asking me to do work on the vehicle without
charge, and I am also not doing thatI will not pay for his tail light, and if it is not work that was preformed by our business I will not repair itHe also stated he would send me a picture prior to dropping the vehicle off, and he never sent that to me like I requestThe consumer also stated his vehicle never had any damage, as it was not reported on the car-fax, but anyone can have their car repaired without reporting that to the DMV, as that is what he is trying to do hereIf my shop damaged the vehicle, I am an honest business man and I would take responsibility for repairing any damage we caused
