My name is [redacted] and I was contacted by MBSconnect in January of 2012. I paid the company $300 for advertising on their website. I agreed since I am a Wellness Coach and looking to expand my business especially with someone who claimed to know Dr. Oz and spoke as though she has some wonderful things happening to help and support people like me www.creativewellnessomaha.com I was told that a new practitioner would be featured on the website every month. The same woman has been on since January. I was told that she would contact me to to do the video that the $300 included that would be on their website and I would have a copy of as well to use as I desire. I have contacted [redacted] via email several times and have received no response as of the last email requesting a refund. I even hired a woman to do the review and change the marketing material. This does not include the time I paid a babysitter to do the work I did and even the time I spent on the phone. I am not is a position to make a huge financial investment on advertising. * had me believing that she was the real deal and that good things would come if I partnered with her. I even the sent an email to the featured woman on the website and received no reply. I trusted that she would follow through with her end of the deal, she did not, not even close.Desired Settlement: I would like to reimbursed for the amount I invested, $300, as well as the $50 I had to spend in marketing anticipating it being used for a total of $350.
