I email mbc homes on 4/16,21,/14- 8/21/14 about warrenty workemailed and called numerous times and called they said they would take care of it. they have not I have nail pops, electrical socket that doesn't work an outside light that doesn't work, kitchen counter top grout that is cracked , a front door that need adjusting and can see light thought crack between door, calk counter top in master bath,loose screens are now torn from not being tightened, numerous cracks in drive after on month, and a hole in the side of the up stairs tub. it is now 1/10/15 none of these issues have been addressed. only the painter called back and made an appointment and never showed up. Desired SettlementI would like all warrenty issues repaired or replacedBusiness Response We have been in contact with the homeowner and all repairs and issues are being resolved. We sincerely apologize for the warranty work not being handled in a timely manner. This has not been the manor in which we operate and it will not be in the future.
