I made a purchase on the Mayraki Instagram for a product Hyrodlized Keratin. I usually get this done at the salon but with the current pandemic, I thought it will be a good idea to do it myself at home as they suggest in their advertising.
After the very first use my hair started breaking, a reaction I never had with other various products of the same kind. I immediately contacted the company to return the product which contained two boxes. After making several unreturned calls, I decided to send an email to "***". I explained what my problem was and requested instructions to return the product and a refund to my credit card. After several email exchanges, they told me their policy is to return only unused/unopened products. I had a reaction to the product and had to open it and use it to figure that out.
I had placed a second order for a conditioner and since the first order damaged my hair I decided to return the second order, which was unopened. Therefore, I requested to process the return of my second order. They said they needed me to send photos of the unopened products before providing me with an RMA. After almost a week, they sent me an RMA and let me know that I had to foot the entire shipping cost to the address they provided. After returning the package I emailed them and they requested the tracking number from *** to confirm the package was delivered on 6//2020. A week later and with proof of delivery from ***, they told me they have to receive the confirmation from the warehouse.
I am contacting this company again they never answer the phone number on their website. The only communication I receive is an email with the same answer, they need to confirm with the warehouse.

I contacted the company to return two of the 3 boxes of product I ordered as it did not work for me. When I placed the order, the company had a return policy that allowed refunds so long as product is unopened.(that's the reason I bought 3 before trying out the product). I contacted the company, sent a photo of the unopened boxes, I sent them the Return number and parcel tracking number, and I received confirmation that the parcel was delivered on 5/11. After a few days I emailed them, they said they would look in the warehouse to see if it was received. After a few more days, I reached out, sent emails, direct msg on ***, and tried calling the bogus number they have on the website, and used the website to give a review to bring my issue to their attention. They have seen my messages and they do not respond. (*** shows you when they have seen the msg). They have since changed the return policy on the website, stating they now reserve the right to change the policy at any time. They have yet to refund my money, and they have the product unopened that they can turn around and ship to another unsuspecting customer.
