Consumer being billed for a monthly condominium maintenance fee of $259 she has already paid. She dropped the check off on September 2nd in the company mailbox. She also notified the company by phone. The consumer received a letter charging $259 maintenance for September. Additional charges of $230 for legal fees. $74 late fee and $156. She makes all of her monthly payments on time.
I am the property manager for The Mayflower Condominium Association. I am responding to the letter I received from the Revdex.com. I’m not clear on the complaint that *** is referring to. *** has a outstanding balance for legal fees and late fees that Mayflower acquired on behalf of *** and fines that were leveled against her.
In reference to the monthly maintence fees, she does pay them on time which has never been in question. We use a software system called *** and anytime money is posted to the account, it will apply to the oldest open balance . I am also attaching *** homeowner ledger in *** that shows her payments and running balance.
