Review: I was charged twice for a delivery that was not made. I work in a school and the driver refused to wait for the front desk to call me to come get the food for the office. When I called the restaurant after he left, the lady claiming to be the owner said that I was not in the office when the delivery driver showed up so they canceled the order. She asked me to place the order again and that they will leave it at the front desk. I did so online (and paid by credit card once again) but the delivery was never made.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund both amounts to my credit card.
