reviewed appear below. The business should add on additional product and remove any cost for shipping and handling which were passed on to me. I could have used the $449.96 for other purposes over this length of time (2 months!!). We will see when and if the product finally arrives following the re-packing before a further response from me. A simple phone call would have possibly cleared things up in a hurry. Why did it take all of this time to be informed about the damage? Did this occur within the warehouse or during transit?
