Maybeck at the Bend

Debbie C is an awful property manager. She is rude and disrespectful to say the very least. And completely unconcerned with abating any of the ongoing issues this property forces the residents to live with.
The property your company acquired (Maybeck at the Bend, King City, OR), is in shambles.
It is disgusting and unsanitary, with scores of black mold and electrical issues.
I understand that this is a business model for many real estate companies.
Take an underperforming asset, force appreciation with minor, ineffectual repairs and then raise the rent, thereby increasing your profit margins for your shareholders.
But, at least put a property manager in place that can pretend to care about the actual humans who live in this complex and pay you all for the ghastly conditions they're being forced to live in.
