Mayan Garage Door Repair

I called this company on a Tuesday morning and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, for a technician to come to my home and repair my garage door. The company advised that a technician would arrive within 10am-noon on Wednesday and to expect a call before arrival. When no one called or arrived by noon, I called the company and was advised that a technician would be arriving between 2-4pm. Around 5pm, when one called or arrived to fix my garage door, I called the company for a third time that day. I explained my frustration to the same dispatcher who stated that the technician was running behind and would arrive by 6pm. No one called or arrived. I called the company Thursday morning and the same dispatcher apologized for the frustration and said that there was nothing he could do to schedule an updated appointment since there was a current “work order” for a repair. This did not make sense and when I asked to speak to a manager, the dispatcher advised that a manager would contact me that day. There was no callback. Today is Friday and when I called the company this morning, I received the same information from this dispatcher that a manager would call me immediately. The listed business address is minutes from my home and I decided to drive to the business. Upon arrival, the business address belongs to a residential home. This was my frustrating and overall, negative experience with this company.
