Hi, We have issued a full refund to the customer and deeply apologize about the delay in fulfillment of the customer's order. We hope that the customer is satisfied with our resolution.
Upon receiving this complaint in the mail, I immediately issued a full refund to the customer as they requested when they stated that "[they] want [their] money back." in the letter. Since Black Friday, I've had a big influx of emails and orders that I am finally able to manage, and I deeply...

On January 18, 2016, this order was shipped out via [redacted] Priority Mail. In the product description of the product "[redacted]" which is what the customer purchased, it mentions that the customer should expect to wait 4-6 weeks for the product to be produced so we shipped to the customer within...
the mentioned window. According to the tracking information, this package was delivered to the customers address on January 22, 2016. We apologize for the wait that the customer went through and hope they can understand that we aren't a "fraud company" or "steal money" as mentioned in their complaint.
