Unsatisfactory "management" in that they (MKI) does not manage the doormen in our building of 640+ apartments in Manhattan, and refers complaints to their "lawyer" instead of dealing with the problems They have on videotape several incidents of doormen acting improperly, and refuse to acknowledge these complaints or respond to them

They have on videotape several incidents of doormen acting improperly, and refuse to acknowledge these complaints or respond to them.
Review: My complaint is against [redacted] who is assigned to be the scrvice rep. for Apex Condo, which I reside. I have contacted [redacted] several times via her office phone, cell and e-mail reguarding two issues. The issues still persist and have no response. I contacted her reguarding loaded skids/crates being delivered to the building and being left by my car in the residential parking. (the building is 12 flrs and the first 6flrs is a hotel, fls 7-12 are reidents, we have different entrances and are soley separate) There are 3 very small and limited parking levels for residendts to purchase and pay a monthly fee. I contacted her and she said she would talk to the [redacted], however on two ocassions after loaded skids were left by my car. I tried contacting her and I did speak to her for a quick minuite on the phone as she said she was pressed for time. I told her again a skid was left and she suggested I was parking incorrectly and that the [redacted] had no other place to put the skids when delivered. The is not true. This is residential parking and the [redacted] assumed the middle level parking for themselves. Of the handful of cars that park on my level we all know how we have to park so the parking acess can be achieved. The 2nd issue is that the car elavator is broke and has not been fixed. It only works partially and must be mannually operated.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to have both issues resolved. I want her to have the elavator fixed. Mannually operating the elavator is not acceptable and not what we pay for. I would also request that she ensure that the [redacted] does not leave loded skid/crates in the residential parking and specifially by my car. In addition that she respond to requests when contacted.
