Per a phone call from the company, they stated that they had spoken with the customer and that everything was resolved

I am rejecting this response because:Written request was sent via fax and the paper work and emails from the "client" do not prove my disputeThe client even at one time tried to settle and MRS refused because it as no longer the clientsI have a contract that shows it would not be possible for me to owe what is claimedI have left phone messages requesting a call back from MRS and still no call backVery difficult to deal with a company that will not return calls and refuse to provide something that proves my contract is voidThere was also a dispute filed with Equifax that MRS did not provide proof for and there is currently a second request from Equifax asking for that proofI have the dispute # that is filled with Equifax
