November 16th 2019 ,Mr *** the owner of Maximum quality fence came in to our house around 6:30 pm to Provide us with a Estimate to install new Viynal Fence .he did and we agreed on the price also we agreed on have it install before Thanksgiving. so he asked me to give him large deposit of $4900 to buy the materials so I Gave him a check for that amount and we both signed the contract that he filled .fast forward 5 month Later no work has been done nor I got My money back nor having the Materials in my House.
I have him copy of the check that was deposited by him on Sunday of the following day .
I have him on camera that he was in my house that night
I have contract with his signuter and handwritten.
I have 5 month of text messaging from him with his excuses.
evrytime I tried to call him to have a date set he keeps Giving me Excuses .
I belive if I was building a House it will probably be done in a less then 5 month .
All am Asking is to get my refund back and I do not want him to the do the Work .
We planned on doing the job then the ground froze we have no control over the ground freezing I told him we would resume work in March and plan on getting the job done before April
