This company is the worst in all of voice server hostingMy server ended up disappearing for or days out of every month (always seemed to be around the 16th) and it took them or days longer to fix the issueThe only time I was ever compensated for the issue was the very first time it happenedThe times afterwards were pawned off as some sort of glitch (not my problem nor was it caused by me) and was still not compensated for those issuesThey also charged me for an extra month after I had requested my service to be cancelled and was never refunded and they have refused to refund my card for that month's payment DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Review: I purchased a year of services for a Ventrilo server from Maxfrag on September 13, 2014. I was able to use these services for about a week before I started having problems. On September 18, 2014 I opened a ticket with their support center asking for help. I never received a response from them. I opened another ticket on September 19, 2014 and then again on September 21, 2014. I have never received a response to any of these tickets. I tried calling their 24 hour customer support phone number and did not receive an answer to any of the attempts that I made. About a week after I sent the tickets, the service started working again and I was able to use it for about 2 or 3 weeks. In the second week of October I was traveling out of the country and returned at the end of November so I had not used this service for about 2 months. Upon returning home, I tried to use the Ventrilo server again and it does not work. I tried calling their customer support line again and received a message that the number is no longer in service.Desired Settlement: In the last ticket that I opened with Maxfrag, I requested a refund of my money that I paid them for their services. Since their customer service is non-existent and I have not received any responses to the open tickets that I have submitted I would like to be refund the entire amount that was charged to my credit card.
