Review: When this car was sold to me I believe that this dealership did things to it hoping that nothing would go wrong so that the 6 month warranty would not have to be put in affect. The same day I drove off the lot my check engine soon light came on, I had to replace a new battery in the car, my passenger side mirror was not working automatically, because of no warranty on the car I had to spend over $500 out of my pocket to change certain things inside the car. The service sucks and when you call them I have to block or call from a different number because they will not answer and when you do get a hold of someone they can never answer my questions in reference to the car.Desired Settlement: I just want my car to be fixed

Response:
once the car was delivered and the customer drove away the check engine light came on after the customer put gas in the car and did not screw the gas cap on correctly. she was scheduled to come back in for a new side mirror and a toe hook so when she called to advise us of the check engine light we immediately told her to come in to have it taken care of since she has a 30 day warranty on the vehicle. and an additional 6 month power train warranty from an outside vendor penn warranty corp.
she contacted us a little over a month later to resolve the problem which we were happy to honor since she told us the reason she wasn't able to come earlier was because of a family situation.
unfortunately during her absence she decided to go to [redacted] and have them diagnose the check engine. [redacted] changed sparks, fuses and hoses which are never covered under a warranty since they are considered wear n tear, and they charged her $500 for the service and didn't even address her check engine. the warranty never covered wear and tear items such as fuses, oil changes and brakes.
she contacted us and told us what happened and we took the car in and addressed the check engine and the toe hook right away.
the only remaining issue was the side mirror which we had to trouble shoot with several type of mirrors for bmw, we even offered her a loaner car but [redacted] insisted she only wanted to drive her own car and did not want the loaner.
after purchasing several types of mirrors and finding the right one which took about a week we finally addressed the problem and personally delivered the car to her job for the inconvenience. we repaired all concerns and the customer did not pay a dime to us.
We are not your normal dealer that ignores issues and does not address customer complaints. we have never been reported to the Revdex.com or [redacted].
we pride ourselves on our service and sincerely apologize in person and once again via this response to [redacted]. we hope she enjoys her vehicle and realizes the car has no mechanical issues and is safe for the driver and safe for the road.
