Max Pro Restoration

My name is ***. I am the owner / landlord of the property. In September of 2019 it was discovered that the water heater had bursted and caused damage to the home. I contacted my insurance and was recommended Max Pro restoration to complete the repairs. Part of the repairs were the water heater being replaced, a wall and several sections of the wall had to be gutted and replaced due to mold and water damage. The entire flooring of the home was replaced as well. Initially I was told that the job was completed on November 20,2019. Since then my tenants left me a list issues that needs to be addressed and they were not repaired properly. Two of the main issues were the washer in the home was connected however, it only spits out hot water no matter what cycle you put it on. The second main issue that needed to be addressed was the electricity / outlets in the wall that was gutted and replaced we're not working properly. (No electricity) I attempted to contact Tyler (Max Pro owner) however, he never returned any of my calls. Desperate for help I asked one of my tenants to help me with this situation. Unfortunately, I don't think he was successful in contacting Tyler also. According to my tenant several appointments were made and later canceled without any follow-up or explanation. This is very unprofessional and I want Justice. It should not take 6 months to complete this job. Someone needs to be held accountable. I felt ignored and invalidated.
