This company wants to collect all the insurance money that they can, but individual human beings are not important to them. I have been treated poorly by their workers (who are probably being treated poorly themselves) for years, but recently was treated with discrimination, spoken to unprofessionally and in a hostile manner in front of others. After making a lab appointment by phone (not outsourced from my doctor's office), I took time off from work only to find that no one followed through with the appointment! I was humiliated in front of an office full of patients while I waited for 45 minutes for them to sort it out! I had to leave to get back to work without ever giving blood for needed lab work. I will be following through as far up as I can, and writing down my mistreatment by Robin and others.

I tried calling I emailed there support team trying to cancel my trial membership. They have charged 2 of my credit cards. $90.76 3 times on one card
I have recieved no products after all these charges. Now you want documentation and dates. I have none, I didnt know about this charges until recent. Just stop this company from ripping off anymore people.

Order 1 item and the company added an additional unwanted item had to be accpeted to checkout. Opted not to accept subscription overlooked by company
on 10 July 2020 ordered AZUREWELLNESSGOALSPLUS online and agreed to cover $4.95 shipping. During check-out process EXTRAMILESACHIEVMENTS was automatically added (no option to remove item) $5.95 shipping cost was added.

Upon arrival of items I completed further research and decided the items will not work for me so i'll return the items bottles still sealed / unopened. On 20 July, I contacted customer services to advise how to return - no positive responses.

On 27 July, I noticed the subscription charges almost $200, I called customer services again - they advised its too late to return items and claimed that I had agreed to the subscription.

On 8 August, I finally reached a supervisor or someone with authority to cancel the subscription but refuse to accept any return of items.

I was billed $90.76 by this company which I have not ordered from nor do I even know who this is or how they got my card info.
My credit card was charged by this company and I did not order from them. I would like my money back!

This company which I never heard of just tried to charge my credit card $95.21 . Luckily Capital One declined it. Don't buy anything on line.

I received a free trial sample of a product from MaxHealth Dietary by paying only for the shipping. They have charged my bank card $90.92.
I did not authorize any future payments to Maxhealth Dietary nor did I subscribe to any future information from this company. I only authorized a payment for shipping a frees sample from Maxheaalth Dietary. How can I get my money back and stop future charges?

I did not authorize any type of transactions with this company. Nor have I received any produce from this company. Or give bank info.
They took 90.10 from my account without me signing up or get any product. I did not even give bank info for them to take anything out.

I took advantage of a free solution for wrinkles and only had to pay shipping. It came in a Manilla env, no return address. Now $90.76 has been taken out of my acct. by hyperforcemax, I did not signed up for anything and was not given any trial period. I want my money back. I called to cancel in July 2019 and they failed to cancel it even though they said it was. Now they claim they have no record of me calling July!
I tried to cancel back in June and they said it was too late and I need to call in July to cancel for August. I called July 27, 2019 and spoke to a lady who advised it was cancelled and I would be receiving an email confirmation. I never got an email and they still charged me in August. When I called to resolve the issue they claim I did not call in July and the transaction was valid. No matter how many times I tried to tell them I did call and I can prove it with my phone records they said it wouldn't be valid proof but I could easily forge it. They refused to refund my money and basically called me a liar. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they claimed there was none on since it was the weekend. This is a complete scam and I fell victim to it. I hope no one else ever does. It is unfortunate because the first person I spoke to in June and the lady I spoke to in July were so nice and helpful and now I can't get anyone to help me. In July I called 1866-615-9046 which is the same number I called August 10 and 11th. They claim there is no time stamp in their system and that I might of just called a different company when I explained to them that I called the same number.

I signed up for a trial bottle of the product and come to find 2 separate charges for $79.97 and 69.94 as a recurring charge for every month.
This is definitely a scam and it should be banned from Facebook they are ripping people off with automated withdrawals from their account on unsuspecting people since their fine print states apparently the process and nowhere in their offer states that is a contract or that it needs to be canceled which I think is what everyone would do after finding out what the price and policies are. I was charged +$70 for something I didn't sign up for
I signed up for the special action to receieve a sample of the product and pay $4.95 for shipping. I did receive the product but I haven't opened it yet because I don't trust it. Now 2 weeks later I got charged over 70 dollars, it was really hard to track down where it came from. I've never received any e-mails, order confirmations, shipment e-mails or an e-mail about a membership "i I signed up for". I am returning that package ASAP and I want ALL my money back. This is a huge scam and is not appropriate to just charge people without eve letting them know they signed up for something.

Free trial charged me $89 and told me I couldn't be refunded because I did not cancel a few hours before I did. I was not told about any policies.
I ordered some Garcinia Extract as a trial for like $5 where I assumed I would be able to try it once and order more if I wanted. I got my product and then a few days later I was charged $89 so I called chase last week, that same day, and had a three way call with claims services and customer service for this place and they told me I could cancel and they would take care of everything and I assumed that meant the $89 I was complaining to them about. My cancelation number is XXXXXXX. It's been a week so I called the company and they said I won't be getting my money back because I didn't cancel a few hours earlier even though it said no where I needed to do that. No policies were clear and non of that information was sent in any emails I received from them. This is a big scam.
