Mavis Discount Tires

Stay Away from this place if you value your money, safety and time. I purchased a set of tires in July of 2020 with an extended warranty in addition to the manufacturers warranty. In less than 15,000 miles my tires had worn down to 4/32 tread. Mavis would not honor the manufacturers warranty. The manager assured me that I had tread leftand offered to give me $220 off a new set of tires (tires that cost $1399.00) rather than prorating them. He along with the regional manager refused to budge on honoring the warranty. After days of demanding the proration that I was due the manager and regional manager sent me to another tire company for them to handle honoring the warranty.I am now a happy customer of Discount Tire whom gladly honored the warranty of tires that I didnt even purchase from them. Bottom line...they do not care about you or your safety. Once they have your money they DO NOT CARE!
