I hadn't read any reviews on this company prior to placing an order unfortunately I had tried to place an online order, however I kept getting an error message when submitting the paymentI gave up and used a different companyThree days later, $is deducted from my bank account by Premium Humidors!!! Now trying to reach someone by telephone is impossibleAfter doing research and seeing all the negative reviews I realize that I can kiss that $goodbye I'm filing a complaint with ic3.gov and I suggest any other victims do the same

I had tried to place an online order, however I kept getting an error message when submitting the payment. I gave up and used a different company. Three days later, $104 is deducted from my bank account by Premium Humidors!!! Now trying to reach someone by telephone is impossible. After doing research and seeing all the negative reviews I realize that I can kiss that $104 goodbye.
I'm filing a complaint with ic3.gov and I suggest any other victims do the same.

If you want to raise your blood pressure and add a significant amount of stress to your life, order from them. If you just want a good humidor at a reasonable price...look elsewhere.
