When the customer originially came in stating that she was missing her sweater the order was already picked upI asked if she received anything that was not hers and maybe there was a mix up of piecesShe said no and and that she thought someone in the store had stolen itI asked her to leave her information with me so in case it should return I could contact her, but she was too upset and left with her ticket and contact infoAs it turns out the sweater was in someone elses order and was returned a few days after the incident, but I was unable to tell herI was hoping she would come back so I could give her sweater to her with my apology for the inconvenience
The customer brought dress in for a press onlyImmediately from the counter it gets tagged and hung up for press onlyThe black stain was there prior to pressingWe do not treat stains on press only garmentsShe returned the dress with no tags or tickets and I told her she would need those in order for us to redo itI was happy to repress it for her if she had her receiptShe said she would come back with it, but never returned.As far as the stain, I would be more understanding if it were cleaned, but it was only pressed and since she took it upon herself to treat it, the stain is probably set and in her process of attempting I am sure she wrinkled the dressAll in all...I would have happily repressed her dress if she had her tickets
