Maverick Barbershop

I missed my hair cut appointment. *** the owner was rude in text message to me saying it's all my fault. I explained I got my days mixed up and I have ADD and Dyslexia. When I go to the barbershop to make things right with my other since he had a appointment. *** didn't see it from my side what's so ever. It's not advertised within the shop. Only on IG the same photo that's on his website. But the website doesn't have it listed. The photo I sent him confirms my claim. Then *** shouts at me valyo just get out the show what you are claiming isn't true about ADD and Dyslexia. I was in speech therapy all three middle and high school. English is my 2nd language. The cancel fee needs to be printed within the shop similar to a dr office... not everyone uses social media nor webpages. The police is vague for a new client like my self. I think it's fair to pay partial but the full $50 is outrages. I then ask *** please try and fit me in if you have any cancellations and he refused to reply to my messages but is adimate about his $50. If he was so worried and wanted to provide great customer service he would try and fit me in when he can. As he done in the past
