On June 3rd *** (customer ) came in for a brake inspectionThe car came in with front brakes grinding.The vehicle had no front brakes, front calipers were frozen & the vehicle was very hard to stopAfter brake inspection we recommended front brake job &
adjustment of rear brakes, because rear brakes were out of adjustmentShe ( customer ) stated, that she cannot afford the rear brake adjustment, but, wanted the front brake job done. We performed the front brake job, costing $and adjusted the rear brakes for FREE, as a courtesy to the customerShe (customer ) called us half hour after picking up the vehicle, stating that her left rear brakes were smokingWe told her to bring her car back & we will take care of her problemShe towed the car inWe stayed past our closing time to receive her & check her vehicle. Upon inspection, we found that the rear left brakes overheated due to her warped drumWe double checked her brake system, there was no damage to her brakesWe resurfaced her drums at no cost to herThat took care of her brake problemFurthermore, we agreed to pay her $for tow charges & an extra $for her inconvenience. She agreed to our offerShe was advised to pick up the check on Monday June 6th On Monday morning, she called us & surprised us by stating, that she does not want $but wants a full REFUND of $We told her that, her request is unreasonable & outrageousAlso all her claims of being mistreated are extremely inaccurateWe went out of our way to help her, but she refused our help & offerFor any further information, please contact us @*** Sincerely **
