Review: During the interview period we made it perfectly clear on a number of occasions that one of the main reasons we needed the program was to track our employees availability. We need to know who is on vacation or traveling for a client and who is available to be assigned to a new project. We told the Mavenlink representative that we did not want to purchase a license for each employee since they would not all need access to the project information. We asked them if we could track their availability without having them as official users of the program. We were told that we would be able to do that even without having every employee as a registered user. After we paid them in full we found out that we were not able to track hours for any employee that was not an official user. I complained to the company about this and they offered to sell me additional user licenses. I have already paid $4,275 and am not willing to pay any more money just to be able to use the program like we were promised we would be able to. I have repeatedly asked for a refund since we have not used the program at all. The only time we logged into the system was for the training with a Mavenlink representative. They have refused to refund my money and are not willing to provide, at no cost, the additional licenses that we would need in order to make the program useful to my company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $4,275 since the program is useless for my company. We were mislead and feel that a full refund is warranted. I will be more than happy to provide all of the email communications between myself, my assistant and the Mavenlink employees that we have dealt with. The communication began in July 2014 and continued through September 2014.
