Hello, I have went through our ordering system and transaction logI was not able to find a transaction for [redacted] , on Feb 7thI am only able to find a debited transaction on a card ending in [redacted] for the amount $on 2/8/If the transaction would have fully processed through I would be able to find that in our transaction log if it was on the same card tied to the same first and last nameIf I can be provided the bank statement that proves that we did in fact charge [redacted] the other amount we can have a check written and mailed to the customer Thank you, maurices

I am rejecting this response because: This is a lieThey have not refunded meI have received not one penny from themI called my bank to see if there was a problem and there is notThey said Maurice's has not tried to issue any refund or transaction to meYou can verify this with my bank by calling the person over debit transactions, Garrett [redacted] , ###-###-####, [redacted] He will be glad to verifyThey are lying and I've been begging for my money for months and being told exactly what he said belowI don't understand why they've not mailed a check since they're having so many issuesI think it's because they have no intentions on refundeing meI really need my money
