Placed an order only moments after receiving email stating last day t order to receive by Christmas. Called twice to verify nothing was needed to do to make sure received by Christmas. Called today when UPS still hadn’t rec’d package to be told there was no way I would get package in time, I spoke to Shanteria to be argued with multiple times!!! UPS states the labor was printed nothing else. Maurices won’t do anything since it was free shipping because I have their credit card and they had a promo. The email stated last day to order to receive in time for Christmas!!!!

The package was delivered on 12/22 to the shipping addressed and was received by HAUG in the shipping timeframe stated on our website. I have attached the tracking number and delivery confirmation from UPS. On the day that the customer called in there had not been an update as the package had not reached it's first scan.
I purchased clothing from this website and did not receive order. I called customer service to issue a credit for this and was not refunded the amount that I paid for the merchandise. I have copies of all invoices and payment transactions for this order.
On 11/16/17, I placed an order on www.maurices.com. The total amount was $41.59. The package arrived in a timely manner, but did not contain the jeans I ordered. Rather, it contained a pair of leggings, and someone else's invoice. I contacted customer service via email, and was advised by "Tyrese" that a shipping label would be emailed to me, in order that I might return the leggings. "Tyrese" also advised me that my order would be resent, because it was the company's error. I received and printed the label, and shipped the leggings and invoice back to the company within 3 days. I received no information re: my order being reshipped. I have attempted to contact customer service via email multiple times to request either my item or a refund to my account. I have received no response to these attempts. I placed a negative review on social media, and was immediately contacted via social media, and requested to provide the order number and my email, that someone might contact me to resolve the issue. I supplied the requested information, and have received no further contact.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
First time purchase at Maurices.com on 11/9/2017. Debit card was compromised on 11/9/2017. Resulting in an unauthorized amount of $520.00.

When I review our ordering system as well as our payment system I show the only charge from maurices is the amount of $25.97 to the card ending in ***. I do not see any other charges under the name, email address, or card number. If the card was compromised and you did not make any of the charges your bank should work with you to fully refund you the amount of any fraudulent charges that were made. Unfortunately on our end the only charges we show are for the amount of $25.97 for order number ***.

Completely appalled by this company. Make sure you are very careful when placing an online order especially in store. Someone used my email address while placing an online order, she either gave my email address or the local store staff used my email address. All of my information was then replaced on my online Maurice's Profile. Her address, phone # & CREDIT CARD INFO! Is now in my profile. I have tried for 3 days to get answers how this could happen and what they are going to do to make sure it could never happen again and I can't get any answers! Horrible follow up on behalf of the higher ups at Maurices. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. This is a breach of confidentially and they don't even care!

They have went ahead and opened a high priority ticket and are currently looking into and resolving this issue. I do understand your frustration, as to why this has taken as long as it has. I have heard back from our IT team, and your shopping account has been cleared of the other customers information. Your AOS ( In store online ordering account) has been cleared as well. The other customer's data has been removed. Our teams are now further looking into exactly how this occurred and what needs to be implanted to make sure this does not happen again. They are diligently working on a fix for this matter right now.

You deleted my account completely? Are you kidding me? I did nothing wrong and my account is deleted. I had to recreate my entire account. Not even my old orders are saved. Why would you do this?
