Maui'd Forever (Oahu, Kauai, and the Big Island Only)

the client is correcttheir was a technical issue and our videographer could not broadcast the wedding live as we had contracted fori only head about the issue about minutes prior to the clients arrival at the scene and told the videographer and onsite coordinator to go ahead and do the wedding as we were about an hour or so before sunsetany delays would have had the wedding in the darki know the client is disapointed but technical issues do happen occisionallyso the very next day the client was refunded for the cost of this service and I did not charge him for the brides haku head flowershe told me that it was not adequate resolutionmy contract with the couple states: "Maui’d Forever cannot be held responsible for any acts of nature that may impact the quality or timing of the ceremonyMaui’d Forever utilizes certain sub-contractors to perform various wedding ceremony services and cannot be held liable for any acts beyond their control in regards to these sub-contractors" I am not pleased and will use another videographer for future weddingsbut I did do the best I could to make the wedding happenmy onsite coordinator did help skyping the wedding so a key person I think a mother could view it livethe videographer did the best he could to upload the wedding to you tube that nighti did view the ceremony and all seemed lovely and we certainly did come through for the client in all the other aspects of the weddingi hope the best for this couple and that he can let things go and keep wonderful memories of such a beautiful day and weddingif he is interested I will to make further amends create him a coffee table wedding album for free which is normally $
