Maui Trade Dollar Association

I ordered several coins and 2 velvet coin cases that each hold 5 of the Maui Trade Dollar coins. The cases should have included 5 coin capsules in each case. The coins are placed in the capsules and then they snap into the case. The coins will not snap into the case without the capsules - the cases are pretty much useless without the capsules. The capsule are included in the price of the coin cases. I contacted Samantha C (Owner/Director) by e-mail on February 15, 2019 when I received the coin cases and discovered that the capsules were missing. She said she would send them right out. I waited for quite sometime and contacted her again. She said her supplier had sent her the wrong size capsules, but the correct ones were on order and she would send them as soon as she got them. Still never received them. I e-mailed her several times and got no reply. I then messaged her on Face Book and could see that she saw the message, but she did not reply. I tried again and discovered she had blocked me from messaging her. I then posted a message on the Face Book page and she promptly deleted it. I posted a second message and she deleted it and blocked me from Maui Trade Dollar's page. I sent another e-mail, but no reply.
