[redacted] [redacted] Hello, on behalf of Maui Family Furniture I would like to send this message regarding the complaint we recievedSo before we sell any couch we check for bugs and thoroughly wash and dry the cushions for cleanlinessWe did this with this couch that the family purchasedWe have never had a indecent or complaint like this and upon talking with the owner it was decided that it had been over thirty days and that we were not liable for what was happening to the couchI apologize for the inconvenience and wish the best of luck to everyone
