I am rejecting this response because:The sales rep from [redacted] told me with a window measurement of 1-8"-3/8" difference, height inconsistency could be manipulated so all the [redacted] would have thesame number of slats  and look alike.John D[redacted] told me that the [redacted] are all cus[redacted] made and he has no control over how the product is made.  There needs to be checks for the consumer when products are bought sight unseen, cus[redacted] made, with promises that are not kept.John D[redacted] told me he has had to remake [redacted], so his claim of my being the only unsatisfactory cus[redacted]er is not true. John  was upset I contacted the Revdex.com; I told him I had no choice as I was not happy with the product or his effort to right the situation.

This letter and the enclosed papers are in response to [redacted]'s complaint about Her Shutter purchase.While I do strive for 100% cus[redacted]er satisfaction I have learned over the past 30 plus years of selling cus[redacted] window fashions here on Maui that some cus[redacted]ers will never be completely
happy. I...

have downloaded and highlighted some of the important information regarding [redacted]'s Shutter purchase.First off because all the products that I sell are made to fit each window I require a 50% Non Refundable deposit on order and the balance due on installation.  I offer no refunds or returns because each product is made to fit that specif ic window. If and when there is a defect or if I measure incorrectly I do replace or repair the producta s necessary. This is not the case with MS. [redacted]. Her windows were measured and fit correctly. The complaint that She has about her product is because there are 11 louvers on 4 windows and 12 on one of the windows. The reason
that the [redacted] are different is because the height of the 12 louvered window is 3/8"higher than the other 4 windows. She likes the looks of the one window with 12 slats because the top and bot[redacted] rails are thinner than that with 11 louvers. I offered to pay for the panels to be remade with 12 louvers and thinner rails IF IT WAS POSSIBLE at no additional cost to Her or to [redacted].I made this offer to Her and To [redacted] So there would be NO HESITATION FROM [redacted]if it was possible to do them as per Her request.Plain and simple the [redacted] can not be made as She want's them to.
Each window is different and so is each window fashion. I have NEVER in all My years had a Revdex.com complaint. Because I do ALL that I can, withinreason, to make My cus[redacted]ers happy with their purchases. Please note My original hand written order which I faxed to [redacted]. I have highlighted in yellow the difference in the height of the [redacted].If My measurements were not correctthe [redacted] would not have fit inside the windows.The only part of the shutter which is outside the window is the frame itself. This is a vinyl shutter. This is not a hand craftedwood shutter that can be made to a cus[redacted]ersexact specifications.  There are tolerances and limitations and they are completely reasonable. In fact [redacted]is the best selling vinyl shutter in North America and it is the only vinyl shutter which I currently sell. Ms. [redacted] is My ONLY dissatisfied cus[redacted]erwho has purchased[redacted] since I have been selling them for
the past3 years. Ms. [redacted] contacted [redacted] in from[redacted] independently and was told EXACTLYwhat [redacted] and I told Her. That it is impossibleto make them as Shewants them made.Mr. [redacted]in is actually independent from [redacted]. I purchase [redacted] from [redacted].
