Matt's Custom Golf Carts

If you’re thinking of giving Matt’s custom golf cart business, run! Their follow up is unacceptable. 28 days ago I purchased a brand new golf cart. Since then, I have called them two times with issues. Both times, they told me that they would look into the issue and call me back. No call back. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service?

Matt has 2 locations and my wife and I have been to both. They are outstanding people who are absolutely passionate about what they do and it's clear to see they all are highly skilled in it as well. You must go in and check out their showrooms, you won't be disappointed. No website but they do have facebook. Thank you for our beautiful golf cart, we love it!
