I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] and his [redacted] came to give me an estimate to paint the interior of my house. He asked for a $400 deposit. He never came on the agreed date and rescheduled. He never showed up then, either. On two other occasions he texted that the money was on its way to me. It never arrived. I complained to Revdex.com and they said the case is answered because [redacted] once again promised to return my $400 deposit. I still do not have it, nor have I heard from him. I want to refile my complaint.
Besides receiving a full refund, I want Revdex.com to not mark this complaint answered based on the word of the offender until the situation has been resolved to my satisfaction (full refund RECEIVED, not promised)
