I took my jacket to be cleaned on 4/18/I paid $up front because of the care needed to clean itThe jacket looks as though it was scorched by the pressing & in one area they damaged the liningThe jacket is ruined & they keep giving me the run aroundI do not have a receipt but on line the jackets sell for between $& $

Review: Will not honor layaway agreement because store was sold. I went to the store and spoke with a manger and was told that they did not have my layaway and it was with the pervious owner. I went the pervious owner new store and was told that when they sold the store all layaways were included in the price. This has been going back and forth for over a month, The new store manager told me that the owner will only let me get what I laid away. Since they never received monies directly from meDesired Settlement: I will like to cancel the layaway which I'm aware of the penalty charge. and let me use the credit to purchase something I can use. Or, a refund for the balance

Review: Hi I am very disappointed with this furniture place my mom spent 1000.00 cash and 564.92 credit card in this store on furniture that was supposed to be delivered on 8-27-13 and now it's 9-5-13 and still she did not get it. I called and spoke with management name [redacted] and I told him my mom wants her money back and he stated she can't have her money back so I ask if they can take off the 50.00 that they charged her for delivery being though she did not get it on the day specified and then he lied and said that her furniture is on it's way and still we are waiting. Very rude on the phone becsuse their delivery truck is down and I felt like that is not our fault and what can your company can do for my mom for the inconvenience and he said nothing. I felt like this is bad business and they took advantage to my mom. I will not recommend this store to no one.Desired Settlement: My mom spent 1, 564.92 in this store snd she wants back what was spent in this store.

Review: I brought two mattress sets full and queen. One collapse 15 months after purchase and springs broke which had bed bugs in it. Had to throw away all bedding and her an examinator. The full size collapse in the middle and had a yellow tag on it stating second hand material. I purchased these mattresses brand new ( which I thought). I have my receipts and thee tags off the full size bed. I later found out that this owner has his own mattress factory which the same products he sales in his stores. He's cheat I g people out they money telling them they are getting new mattress which they not.Desired Settlement: They need to bed invested and I will like my money back or some kind of compensation for my troubles.
